Terms of Service

Welcome to Kromoss. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Kromoss ("we", "us") covering your use of kromoss.net and everything you create there (together, the "Service"). Please read them before you sign up. By creating an account, buying credits or generating an image you accept these Terms.

1. What Kromoss does

Kromoss is an AI image generator and photo editor. You can:

write a prompt and let the Kromoss model create a new image (text to image), or
upload up to four of your own photos and describe how they should change (image to image).

Each run returns one HD image. Results are produced automatically by machine learning models. They can contain mistakes, odd details or text that is not exactly what you typed, and the same prompt can give a different result each time.

2. Your account

You need an account to generate images. Sign up with email or Google.
You must be at least 13 years old, or older if the law in your country requires it.
Keep your password and login methods safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
One person, one account. Creating extra accounts to collect free images is not allowed.

3. Credits

Credits are how Kromoss is paid for.

Images created by an account that has never paid carry a small Kromoss mark. Buying any plan or credit pack removes the mark from new images and from the images you made before.

4. Plans and automatic renewal

Plans are sold monthly or yearly and are paid in advance.
Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price until you cancel.
Yearly plans are charged once per year and still receive their credits month by month.
You can cancel at any time from the billing page. You keep your plan and its credits until the end of the period you already paid for. No partial refunds are made for the unused part of a period.
Upgrades take effect right away: the difference is charged and the extra credits are added. Downgrades start at the next renewal.
If we change a plan price, the new price applies from your next renewal after we tell you about it.

5. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are listed in US dollars and Stripe may show them in your local currency at checkout. Taxes may apply.

If you think a charge is wrong, email support@kromoss.net within 14 days of the charge and we will look into it. When we refund a payment, the credits that payment added and that are still unused are removed. Refunding a yearly plan also stops the monthly credits for the rest of that year. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may lead to the account being suspended while the dispute is open.

6. Ownership of your images

Your uploads stay yours.
Subject to these Terms and to the rights of others, you own the images you generate and may use them for personal or commercial work.
You confirm that you have the right to use every photo you upload, including consent from the people shown in it.
You give us a limited permission to store, process and display your uploads and results to you, only to run the Service. We do not use your uploads or results to train AI models, and we never put them in the public idea gallery.
Because AI output is generated, other users may receive similar images from similar prompts. We cannot guarantee that an image is unique or that it can be registered as your intellectual property.

7. Acceptable use

These rules apply to every upload, every prompt and every image produced with Kromoss.

Not allowed:

Sexual content of any kind, including nudity and sexually suggestive images, even of adults.
Any sexualized depiction of minors, real or fictional, or any attempt to undress, age down or sexualize a photo of a child.
Graphic violence, gore, self-harm, animal cruelty, or content that praises or threatens violence.
Hate or harassment aimed at people because of who they are, including extremist symbols and propaganda.
Deepfakes and deception: putting a real person into a sexual, violent, embarrassing or false scene without their consent, impersonating a person or organization, or creating fake IDs, documents, receipts or evidence.
Copying protected work: logos, trademarks, characters or artwork you have no right to use, or images meant to sell counterfeit products.
Illegal activity, fraud, spam, election or health misinformation meant to mislead, and attempts to get around our safety filters.

How we enforce it. Prompts, uploads and results pass through automated safety checks before and after generation, and blocked requests are refunded. Our team reviews reports and flagged content. Depending on how serious a violation is we may remove content, warn you, limit features, suspend or close the account. Child sexual abuse material, terrorist content and non-consensual intimate deepfakes mean an immediate permanent ban with no refund, and child sexual abuse material is reported to NCMEC and the authorities.

Report a problem. Email support@kromoss.net with the subject "Content report" and include the image or link. We reply within 2 business days, and within 24 hours for reports about children or intimate images. If you think we restricted your account by mistake, write to the same address and we will review it.

8. The idea gallery

The public idea gallery shows prompts and example images created by their original authors and shared under an open license. Each idea credits its author. Using an idea as a starting point is fine; you are still responsible for what you generate from it. Creators who want an idea removed can email us.

9. Availability and changes to the Service

We work to keep Kromoss running but cannot promise it will always be available or error free. We may change, add or remove features, models or limits. If a change takes away something you paid for, we will offer a fair solution such as credits or a pro-rata refund.

10. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
